Welcome to Brookland Community Resources (BCR)
Something new is happening in Brookland! You are invited to participate in an innovative program that provides educational, social, and fun opportunities for persons with developmental differences.
Brookland Community Resources (BCR) is new grass-roots, organization that works to promote the full inclusion of persons with developmental differences and intellectual disabilities into all aspects of community life. Through recreational and therapeutically based programs such as: Photography and Scrapbooking, Gardening, and Dance we offer fun and educational classes tailored for our participants.
Located in our Brookland neighborhood of North East Washington, D.C. We strive to be an open, respectful, and welcoming community that affirms the intrinsic worth and human dignity of each and every person while actively enriching the lives of all our members.
